Range & Status

Found as solitary specimens or in trooping groups in unimproved grassland. Two recent Cornish records: cliff pasture at Rosemullion Head (near Mawnan Smith \endash The National Trust) and at Greena Moor (Cornwall Wildlife Trust nature reserve) on unimproved culm pasture (2007). A Biodiversity Action Plan species which is under international threat.
