Haliclona angulata

Range & Status

Very little is known about the habitat requirements of this species, but it seems to have a preference for rocks in exposed sites. A southern species in the British Isles, not uncommon in the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. It has also been recorded from the Padstow area (Gurley Rock) and off the Lizard Peninsula.
