Flora of Cornwall (1999)

The descriptive text, below the map, is from the Flora of Cornwall (1999), which was a Tetrad Atlas (the maps had 2km square dots or Tetrads). The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Drosera anglica - Great Sundew

Great Sundew has been recorded in the past from Marazion Marsh (SW53A, 1820, J.P.Jones), Carnkief Moor (SW75W, 1905, W.Tresidder), Penhallow Moor (SW85H, 1909, M.Groves), and regularly from Ventongimps Moor (SW75Q). It was last seen at the Ventongimps SSSI in 1975 and must now be considered as extinct in Cornwall.
