Flora of Cornwall (1999)

The descriptive text, below the map, is from the Flora of Cornwall (1999), which was a Tetrad Atlas (the maps had 2km square dots or Tetrads). The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Sison amomum - Stone Parsley

Stone Parsley is an uncommon plant, found on grassy banks, hedges, road verges and on waste ground. It is usually found on heavy soils. Recent finds include Notter Farm (SX36V, 1997, M.Atkinson), near Polperro (SX25B, 1990, R.W.Gould), Widemouth to Helebridge (SS20B, 1992, D.L.Brookman) and near Stampas Farm (SW75X, 1994, H.M.Meredith).
