Persicaria lapathifolia - Pale Persicaria



Pale Persicaria is occasionally found in cultivated fields, on disturbed soil in gardens and on waste ground, often in wet conditions. Recent records include Camborne (SW64F, 1997, C.N.French), Quintrell Downs (SW86K, 1997, H.M.Meredith), Penrose (SW87Q, 1998, R.E.Lees), Hellandbridge (SX07Q, 1997, S.Watson), Siblyback Farm (SX27G, 1997, D.L.Brookman), Plymswood (SX29J, 1998, I.J.Bennallick), Kingston (SX37S, 1998, M.Atkinson), and Eggbeare (SX38J, 1998, L.McDonnell). It has been recorded on the Isles of Scilly.
