Geranium x oxonianum - Druce's Crane's-bill



A hybrid between G. endressii and G. versicolor , this garden escape has been reported, mostly from West Cornwall, growing on road verges and hedges, by paths and rarely on field margins. It establishes readily and has been recorded from such places as Gwithian Towans (SW54V, 1993, D.T.Holyoak), Cury (SW62Q, 1990, R.J.Murphy), Mawgan (SW72C, 1990, R.J.Murphy), Treswithian, Camborne (SW64F, 1997, C.N.French), near Hugus (SW74W, 1997, C.N.French), Point (SW83E, 1990, N.S. de Sausmarez) and near Ladock (SW84Z, 1993, M.Tempest).
