Flora of Cornwall (1999)

The descriptive text, below the map, is from the Flora of Cornwall (1999), which was a Tetrad Atlas (the maps had 2km square dots or Tetrads). The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Ranunculus trichophyllus - Thread-leaved Water-crowfoot

Thread-leaved Water-crowfoot is a very localised aquatic plant of slow-flowing streams in the vicinity of, or associated with, the sand dune systems at Penhale (SW75), Constantine (SW87) and to a lesser extent Rock (SW97). It can be seen at Cubert Common (SW75Z, 1998, H.M.Meredith), Holywell (SW75U, 1995, R.J.Murphy), Porth Joke (SW76Q, 1980s), Harlyn Bay (SW87S) and at the Walmsley Sanctuary (SW97X, 1997, M.Atkinson).
