Flora of Cornwall (1999)

The descriptive text, below the map, is from the Flora of Cornwall (1999), which was a Tetrad Atlas (the maps had 2km square dots or Tetrads). The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Narcissus hispanicus - Spanish Daffodil

Spanish Daffodil has been found naturalised and as a relic of cultivation at a number of localities such as the Lamorna valley (SW42M, 1983, K.Campin), on the landward edge of Phillack Towans (SW53U, 1993, D.T.Holyoak) and in the Clowance estate (SW63H, 1994, D.T.Holyoak). It has also been reported from the Isles of Scilly (Lousley, 1971).
