Flora of Cornwall (1999)

The descriptive text, below the map, is from the Flora of Cornwall (1999), which was a Tetrad Atlas (the maps had 2km square dots or Tetrads). The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Poa angustifolia - Narrow-leaved Meadow-grass

A rare grass in Cornwall, it has been confirmed from the roadside opposite Cury Church (SW62Q, 1980s, L.J.Margetts), near Predannack Wollas (SW61T, 1980s, M.G.B.Hughes), Grade churchyard (SW71C, 1980s, M.G.B.Hughes), Penpol House in Devoran (SW83E, 1974, L.J.Margetts), as a garden weed at Chyvogue in Perranwell (SW73U, before 1980, L.J.Margetts) and from Carvear at St. Blazey (SX05M, 1928, L.T.Medlin).
