Flora of Cornwall (1999)

The descriptive text, below the map, is from the Flora of Cornwall (1999), which was a Tetrad Atlas (the maps had 2km square dots or Tetrads). The map on this web page depicts the plant's distribution at the 1km square scale and shows the records made pre-2000 which were used in the 1999 Flora and those made since.

Saxifraga granulata - Meadow Saxifrage

Meadow Saxifrage is not native in Cornwall, but may be found as a weed in the two estate gardens, Penjerrick (SW73V, 1980, B.E.Jackson) and Glendurgan (SW72T, 1993, D.T.Holyoak), both properties once owned by the Fox family. It has also been recorded in East Cornwall at Charlestown (SX05F, 1936, W.Tresidder) and at Trevine, St. Endellion (SW97Y, 1973, B.E.M.Garratt).
