Testacella scutulum - Sowerby's Shield Shelled Slug



Range & Status

More widely distributed in Britain than T. maugei , being recorded from 60 10 km squares, but many sites have been lost in Britain for similar reasons to those stated for that species. In Cornwall T. scutulum has been recorded at two sites: in SW54A (St. Ives) and SW43V (Penlee Park, Penzance).
