Watersipora complanata



Range & Status

Encrusting shells and the underside of stones on the lower shore. The most recent records are from around the Isles of Scilly, which seems to represent the extreme northern limit of its range. Elsewhere, it is known to be widely distributed in the western Mediterranean.
