Lecidea exigua - a lichen



Range & Status

A rare species which is very similar to L. carrollii . Only known from the Cadsonbury Fort area in Cornwall where it was found on Hazel Corylus avellana in sheltered woodland. Elsewhere in Britain it is only known, again from Hazel, in south Devon.
