Range & Status
Formerly widespread but very local in England, but has not been seen since 1930.
Regional Distribution
Known from the Isles of Scilly, the Penzance area, and most recently recorded at
Perranporth in 1952 by R.T. Bannister.
Habitat & Ecology
Associated with Henbane Hyoscyamus niger .
Threats
Destruction of stands of foodplant.
