Range & Status

Found on soil in mixed woodland. A rarely reported and frequently misidentified species with records scattered throughout England, mostly unsubstantiated with voucher material. Only one, old, Cornish record from the Landulph area in south-east Cornwall in the 1930s. On the UK BAP List of Priority Species.
