Talavera petrensis



Range & Status

(syn. Euophrys petrensis ). A southern species with two isolated records in northern

Britain.

Regional Distribution

Recorded at Tregantle, Whitsand Bay in 1890 (Hopkin, 2006).

Habitat & Ecology

Found on dry heathland often in areas that are recovering from fires.

Threats

Loss of habitat.

The single Cornish site is owned by the Ministry of Defence.
