Itonea marginifera



Range & Status

The medium-sized gametophytes have somewhat delicate gelatinous fronds with variable branching and are found subtidally in situations with clear, oceanic water. Recorded from the south coast of Cornwall, north Devon (Lundy), Pembrokeshire, Lleyn Peninsula, western Ireland and the Channel Islands.
