Range & Status
Neophyte; European Southern-temperate species. Scattered distribution across the
southern half of Britain and Ireland.
Regional Distribution
A small population persists along a single road hedge at Kenidjack Farm in Penwith
(SW33). It has been recorded from that area since 1872. In total it has been found in
seven 1km squares, all in West Cornwall.
Habitat & Ecology
A perennial herb of walls and dry banks.
Threats
None apparent.
Conservation
The remaining site is not protected.
