Erythrotrichia bertholdii



Range & Status

Forming tiny erect, purple-red filaments to 1cm long which are epiphytic on algae,

especially Ceramium spp. and on Eelgrass Zostera spp. Once considered to be rare, it is now thought to be more common but data deficient. Type locality \endash Isles of Scilly.
