Range & Status

Fairly widely scattered across Britain, but has only recently been found in south

Hampshire.

Regional Distribution

Found by a pool on the heath at Kynance (where it was locally common in 1934) and still there in 1973 (R.T. Bannister).

Habitat & Ecology

On Water Horsetail Equisetum fluviatile .

Threats

None known.

Conservation

The known site is on National Trust land.
