Range & Status

A sparsely recorded species throughout England and Wales and as far north a Yorkshire. A coastal, urban or rural species it is most often evident on dead wood or umbellifer flowers. There are numerous older records for Cornwall but only one recent, post-1980, record from Rame Head in 2004.
