Range & Status
Nationally local across southern England, as far west as Somerset and south Devon.
Regional Distribution
Pre-1907 recorded from Newquay and Enys (VC1) and Fowey (VC2), but no records
since and probably extinct in Cornwall.
Habitat & Ecology
Found in coarse herbage in warm localities.
