Ophryotrocha hartmanni



Range & Status

In British waters recorded from the English Channel including Plymouth which is the type locality (George & Hartmann-Schr\'f6der, 1985). In Cornwall there are records from the Fowey and Helford estuaries. A benthic species, found in the sublittoral; a very small species 4-5mm long found in the detritus on the bottom of aquarium tanks in Plymouth and Roscoff, France; the ecology is poorly known (George & Hartmann-Schr\'f6der, 1985).
