Range & Status

A very widely distributed species with records from England, Wales and Scotland. Found in sandy localities such as coastal dunes and sparsely vegetated areas. There are only four recent records for Cornwall: Duckpool (north-east Cornwall, 2005), Rosmullion Head (near Mawnan Smith, 2004) and both Penhale and Holywell Dunes (2002).
