Habitat & Distribution

A rare fish in shallow water, normally found in sea areas in the near vicinity of the

Continental Shelf. 100+ specimens, some of which were still living, were washed up on the beaches of St. Mary' s, Isles of Scilly, between December 2008 and February 2009.
