Homaxinella subdola



Range & Status

On horizontal and slightly inclined rocks covered with a layer of silt in sheltered to semi-exposed conditions, at depths of about 10m or deeper. This is a southern species which has recently been recorded off various islands in south-west Britain including Lundy, Skomer and the Isles of Scilly. Also recorded from south Devon.
