Hincksina flustroides



Range & Status

Most frequently found on shells in the sublittoral zone in 25-50m depth of water. Known only from a few specimens collected off south and west Britain: south Cornwall, Pembrokeshire, Anglesey, the Lleyn Peninsula, the Isle of Man, and Ireland; elsewhere it extends its range southwards to the Mediterranean.
